It normally takes us 3-5 days to make or process your order. All of our products are made and shipped from China through global express shipping, which takes 3-12 days.

International Taxes and Duties
Please note that we have no control over customs delays or fees. Customers are responsible for any customs fees applied to the package by the destination country.
20 Days Exchange Policy - We Only Accept Exchanges
All shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable. If the product doesn’t fit, please ship it back to our return address in China for a refund, and place a new order as an exchange. Contact us for the return address. Please send the item back with the original purchase receipt and attached tag. A missing receipt might delay the process, and exchanges without tags will not be accepted. Once the product is received, the cost will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Sale items cannot be refunded. Alabe reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
Cancellation
If the order is canceled due to unavailability, you will be 100% refunded. If customers request a cancellation after the order was placed, a 5% credit cancellation fee will be charged to cover fees we have to pay to the credit card companies.
Lost Packages
All packages are insured by DHL. If the package is lost, you will be refunded 100%.
